Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maitre D' Operations Manager to join our team. As a Maitre D' Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our front-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide warm and friendly welcomes to guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
- Front-of-House Operations: Manage the front-of-house area, including the guest lounge and reception desk, to ensure that it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- App Expertise: Assist guests with downloading and using our app, booking appointments, and completing their appointment.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any guest issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 1+ year in retail, preferably technology or front-desk, service-related experience.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and experience with Zendesk preferred.
