About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Gulph Creek Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of staff members.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front desk operations, including guest service, reservations, and PBX management. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff members, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service and quality control.

Key Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years front desk/guest service supervisory experience;
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos;
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees;
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals;
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls;
