Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with parts and order status inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with parts and order status inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Provide accurate and timely information on OEM parts and whole goods availability
  • Quote prices and availability for parts and whole goods
  • Update order status and confirm deliveries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer-based business systems and equipment quotation and selection programs
Benefits
