About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
