- Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives
- 5+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems
- Valid fire alarm license and NICET Level II certification (strongly preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent and ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, and travel overnight as required
- NICET Level II certification
