Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire alarm and life safety systems
  • Valid fire alarm license and NICET Level II certification (strongly preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent and ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, and travel overnight as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NICET Level II certification
