Key Accountabilities:
- Manage human resource activities across the employment lifecycle, including attraction, recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of current developments in HR area of expertise, including employment standards and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver employee training programs, focusing on leadership and supervision.
- Recommend and communicate organizational policy changes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Advise others on legal and regulatory compliance matters, providing expert guidance and support.
- Lead and support employee engagement activities, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Analyze data to inform personnel decisions, using HR metrics and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Maintain personnel records, create operational budgets, and provide input and insight to compensation and benefits programs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business, with a minimum of five years of experience in human resources.
- Experience as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner in a multiple manufacturing or distribution center business unit environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of employment standards and nuances of same across US state lines.
- A strong understanding of HR data and metrics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and HRIS systems (Payworks, Workable, Bamboo).
