About this position:

Wells Fargo is in search of a Senior Business Execution Strategist to join our BPM and Digital Transformation team. This role is pivotal in identifying and implementing automation strategies for extensive Enterprise and Cross-LOB projects. The selected candidate will facilitate the integration of products and capabilities to develop scalable solutions that enhance returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Process Efficiency & Automate Workflows
  • Lead intricate process enhancement and workflow automation projects in a dynamic environment across the Enterprise.
  • Guide the design and development of workflow solutions utilizing no-code / low-code platforms.
  • Supervise the deployment of solutions and assist with change management and the execution of process enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Conduct financial assessments to evaluate the ROI of process enhancements and automation efforts.
  • Address complex challenges using A3 problem-solving methodologies and other root cause analysis techniques.
Collaboration & Partnership
  • Engage with technology partners and business executives to identify the most effective solutions to challenges.
  • Utilize business insight and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships within a matrixed organization.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, including new process improvement methodologies and services.
  • Support the creation of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence Curriculum and Training Resources.
  • Provide thought leadership in the domains of process and continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting at a prestigious consulting firm or financial institution.
  • 2+ years of formal experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Process Management and Process Improvement.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Alfresco, Microsoft PowerApps, PEGA, Camunda).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt and learn progressively, with a talent for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive high performer capable of swiftly resolving issues and adapting to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in presenting to executive teams.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Ability to adhere to a hybrid work schedule.
  • This position does not qualify for Visa sponsorship.
