Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Process Efficiency & Automate Workflows
  • Lead intricate process enhancement and workflow automation projects in a dynamic environment across the Enterprise.
  • Guide the design and development of workflow solutions utilizing no-code / low-code platforms.
  • Supervise the deployment of solutions and assist with change management and the execution of process enhancements and workflow solutions.
  • Conduct financial assessments to evaluate the ROI of process enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Address complex challenges using A3 problem-solving and other root cause analysis methodologies.
Collaboration & Partnership
  • Engage with technology partners and business leaders to identify the most effective solutions to challenges.
  • Utilize business insight and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships within a matrixed organization.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methodologies, tools, training, and language, including the creation of new process improvement techniques and services.
  • Support the development of our enterprise Operational and Process Excellence Curriculum and Training Materials.
  • Provide thought leadership in the domains of process and continuous improvement, operational excellence, and ongoing enhancement.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience at a leading consulting firm or financial institution.
  • 2+ years of formal experience in process improvement / operational excellence.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Process Management and Process Improvement.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Alfresco, Microsoft PowerApps, PEGA, Camunda).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and proactive learner with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A high achiever who is proactive, adept at problem-solving, and responsive to evolving conditions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present confidently in front of an executive team.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Job Expectations:
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to adhere to a hybrid work schedule.
