Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers at the Seattle Bouldering Project, maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable facility.
  • Process transactions at registers, sell memberships and other services to customers, and support our mission of positive customer experiences.
  • Facilitate orientations, respond to customer needs, and provide product, membership, and event information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility and retail area, performing regular bathroom and facility walkthroughs.
  • Facilitate check-in, waivers, rental shoes, and facility rules and orientation with groups, birthday parties, and event participants.
  • Ensure the safety of staff and customers via regular safety walkthroughs and respond to accidents and incidents following the Safety Manual and Protocol.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and events, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain excitement about the culture and community at the Seattle Bouldering Project.
Compensation:

$20 - $21 an hour

Hiring Process:

Chosen applicants can expect an in-person and/or phone interview with the Operations Manager within the next two weeks. We will only communicate with candidates we are interested in bringing in for an interview only.
