    • Conduct training sessions on-site and remotely, using various communication platforms.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams
    • Work closely with project management and engineering teams to support the overall project lifecycle from planning through to execution.
    • Act as the on-site technical lead, interfacing with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Ensure that all system installations are fully documented, including wiring diagrams, configuration settings, and commissioning reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, issues, and solutions to provide comprehensive project status updates to the management team.
Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering Experience
    • Strong background in electrical engineering or extensive hands-on experience with both high and low voltage systems, including wiring, controls, and power distribution.
    • Knowledge of electrical componentry, including circuit design, power systems, and sensor integration.

    • Comfortable communicating through a variety of platforms including phone, video conferencing, email, and instant messaging.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Proven ability to work independently in challenging and sometimes adverse conditions, solving complex problems with minimal external support.
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration
    • Demonstrated ability to lead site operations and oversee system installations with responsibility for both technical performance and safety.
    • Experience in working as part of a collaborative team and providing guidance to colleagues on complex system operations.
