Job Overview

Tatte Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled District Operations and Culinary Manager to lead the operational effort of our cafes within the Tristate Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspiring, supporting, and growing our cafe managers to deliver a warm, authentic, and inspiring environment for both team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, grow, and motivate cafe managers to achieve maximum operational and financial performance.
  • Problem-Solving and Operational Excellence: Diagnose and solve human and operational challenges to uphold and grow the Tatte brand.
  • Guest Experience and Service: Model authentic, warm guest experiences and instill great service in team members.
  • People Performance Management: Develop managers and hourly team members through timely, honest, and ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Operational Practices and Standards: Drive expert operational practices and standards, leveraging existing systems and internal and external best practices.
  • Business Analysis and Metrics: Monitor and manage business performance through analysis of metrics and trends across district cafes.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure food safety and quality at all cafes within the district.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Interface with cross-functional department partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Working Conditions and Essential Functions
  • Flexibility and Availability: Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and read.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership and Experience: Minimum 2-4 years' experience working as a District Manager managing 4 or more high-volume, full-service, and/or polished fast-casual restaurants.
  • Education and Certifications: Hospitality Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management and/or A.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management, ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver Certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience working with UltiPro, Toast - POS System, and CrunchTime/TeamworX.
