Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct moderately complex audits, which includes drafting audit documentation, presenting findings to stakeholders, and discussing viable solutions.

+ Prepare audit reports and communicate issues to the business while exploring practical cross-functional solutions.

+ Ensure completion of assigned audits within established timelines and budgetary constraints.

+ Monitor, evaluate, and propose solutions to emerging risks.

+ Contribute to the enhancement of audit processes, including the creation of automated routines.

+ Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to deliver timely audit assurance and influence the scope of audits.

+ Foster effective relationships with line management to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business.

+ Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

+ Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or team members.

+ Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating a strong commitment to the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.

Qualifications:

+ 5-8 years of relevant experience.

+ Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

+ Expertise in the application of audit technology.

+ Proficient project management skills.

+ Effective influencing and relationship management capabilities.

+ Proven ability to maintain impartiality in a diverse work environment.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
