About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ASIC Design and Integration Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a member of our complex group, you will have the opportunity to craft upcoming products that will delight and encourage millions of Apple's customers every single day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop memory controller micro architecture and design specifications
  • Design, implement, and debug complex logic in SystemVerilog
  • Support front-end integration activities, including CDC, Synthesis, and low power flows
  • Work with the SOC team on subsystem integration
  • Collaborate with specialists from the Verification, Emulation, Software, Performance, Power, and Physical Design teams
Requirements
  • Substantial knowledge of LPDDR memory and memory controller
  • General knowledge of DRAM interface calibration mechanism is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in micro architecture definition, RTL coding, low power design, and PPA analysis
  • Experience in chip development with proficiency in front-end tools and methodologies
  • Experience in multiple clock domains design
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus
