Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of daily cleaning materials (post 6-month evaluation)
- Ensure efficient daily cleaning processes
- Provide support during employee absences
- Oversee operations across multiple locations with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication abilities for effective teamwork with management
- Capability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Must possess U.S. work authorization
- Reliable transportation is essential

Compensation:
- Starting salary of $2500 per month (based on experience)
- Potential for salary adjustments based on successful management of assigned locations
- Transportation costs covered by the employer
- Competitive pay structure
- W2 employment with insurance benefits following a 6-month probationary period
- Paid time off and major holidays observed
- Uniforms provided for staff

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 12am - 4am (subject to site conditions)
In addition to regular cleaning duties, responsibilities will include supply procurement (approximately once a week), monthly internal meetings, and periodic site evaluations for prospective clients.
