About The Role

In the position of Technical Solutions Consultant at EliseAI, you will serve as a key expert in your designated product area, playing a vital role in our product launch and ongoing support initiatives. Collaborating closely with clients, support teams, and customer success personnel, you will ensure seamless product deployments and effective troubleshooting. Your expertise will be essential in understanding product features, creating launch resources, and delivering training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate comprehensive discovery sessions with new clients to identify their product needs and specifications.
  • Act as the liaison for Support Engineers within your product domain, fostering alignment and teamwork.
  • Design and oversee roadmaps for self-service launch resources and internal launch configurations, including quality assurance protocols.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers during product rollouts and provide support for training and escalation matters.
  • Deliver post-launch troubleshooting assistance for clients, addressing and resolving issues within your product scope.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of product functionalities to effectively meet client requirements, ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer and support process.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer capacity within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong grasp of product development and launch methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proficiency in resolving technical challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work setting.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes and the development of self-service tools is advantageous.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and support.
  • Willingness to work in-person with your team regularly.
