Position Overview

The Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Operations Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily functions of the housekeeping personnel
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks for the housekeeping team
  • Conduct safety and sanitation inspections of equipment
  • Monitor work performance throughout the shift to ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage linen distribution and maintain accurate records
  • Keep track of inventory supplies, place orders as necessary, assess the condition of furnishings and fixtures, and report any maintenance needs to management, along with performing general cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and sweeping as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential
