We are looking for a committed Key Hourly Supervisor to contribute to our vibrant team. This position entails managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company protocols and safety standards, while providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage front-of-house operations, including host/hostess areas, servers, bartenders, and support personnel.
  • Deliver continuous training for front-of-house staff to guarantee uniformity in service and compliance with company benchmarks.
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for all patrons and staff.
  • Effectively and professionally address customer grievances and conflicts.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members.
  • Oversee and uphold the cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house spaces, including dining areas and restrooms.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including food handling and alcohol service regulations.
  • Manage financial duties, such as cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and petty cash management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong focus on customer service and a dedication to surpassing guest expectations.
