As a Diesel Mechanic in our Customer Equipment Solutions division (Service Technician III - CES), you will leverage your expertise to conduct maintenance and intricate repairs on customer-owned machinery in a safe and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform safe maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of complex customer-owned machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • Document all work performed accurately and promptly, maintaining both paper and electronic records.
  • Promote and demonstrate a variety of sophisticated equipment to customers.
  • Travel to customer job sites for necessary repairs and maintenance, ensuring the service vehicle is kept clean and professional.
  • Assist in the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as required.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
  • Knowledge of construction machinery and a solid mechanical understanding of various engines.
  • Possession of tools relevant to the position.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 45 lbs.
