About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our CNC machine tools, ensuring that our equipment is running at optimal levels and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Coach, Motivate, and Manage Technical Staff: Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Execute Training Plan and Program Compliance: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our technicians and engineers are up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Schedule and Manage Field Work: Plan and coordinate the maintenance and repair of our CNC machine tools, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Maintain Inventory of Parts, Equipment, and Tooling: Oversee the inventory of spare parts, equipment, and tooling to ensure that our technicians and engineers have the necessary resources to perform their jobs.
  • Develop Solid Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in CNC machine tools and maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of CNC machine tools, maintenance, and repair.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technicians and engineers.
