BASF is seeking highly motivated and mobile-minded MBA graduates to join our Diverse Leaders Program (DLP). This leadership development program provides an opportunity to enhance your expertise and continue on an executive development path through coaching, mentorship, and strategic learning experiences.

Program Overview

The DLP is a 1-year program consisting of one or two assignments in various areas within the organization. Participants will contribute to real-world projects across different US site locations, exploring dynamic career options and making meaningful contributions to BASF's business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and administrative guidance to various departments, including operations, asset management, maintenance, and the overall business to optimize resources and achieve production objectives.
  • Establish tactical plant goals to ensure safe and reliable plant operations with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be eligible for the DLP, you must:

  • Hold an MBA degree from an accredited institution.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years' and maximum of 10 years' work experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
  • Have prior experience in leadership roles and project management.
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Be willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. during and upon placement from the program.
