Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Roadway Design Engineer to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for performing road and highway design tasks, modeling, and civil engineering calculations and analysis for various state DOT projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop geometric layouts, 3D models of roadways, and material quantity calculations.
  • Utilize Microstation, InRoads, Geopak, OpenRoads, and other design software.
  • Interface with CAD designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical guidance to lower-level engineers.
  • Support other engineering activities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microstation and InRoads or Geopak.
  • OpenRoads preferred. AutoCAD Civil 3D highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with road & highway design.
  • Solid roadway design experience.
  • (PE) registration is desirable.
