Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Social Work professional to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced social worker to provide early intervention services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized family service plans to support children's development and family well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services, including screenings, assessments, and home visits.
  • Provide parent coaching and education to empower families to support their children's growth and development.
  • Build relationships with community providers to ensure continuity of services and support for families.
  • Coordinate service delivery and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
