About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Baystate Health. As a key member of our Outpatient Behavioral Health department, you will provide clinical services to patients, couples, and families, working under the direction of our Clinical Supervisor and Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' presenting problems, contributing history, and current mental status.
  • Develop and implement behaviorally specific treatment plans, including measurable treatment goals, in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing techniques such as brief psychotherapy and team-based collaboration.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including medical specialists and medication providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all treatment in the clinical record, adhering to established departmental standards and Joint Commission guidelines.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in providing treatment in outpatient mental health settings.
  • Independent licensure: LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
