- Conduct Provider Orientations and communicate company policies, procedures, products, or services.
- Negotiate Agreements and manage complex provider relationships.
- Represent Network Management at internal meetings and present to stakeholders and leadership.
- Requires a College Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of prior relevant experience.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills are required.
- Deep Knowledge of Job Area is necessary, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Specialist within Discipline with broad knowledge of project management.
- Minimum of 3 Years of Provider Relations Experience is required.
- Experience in Provider Outreach is necessary.
- Ability to Build Strong Relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills are required.
- Knowledge of Provider Contracting Process is preferred.
- Experience of Onboarding Providers is preferred.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects is preferred.
