Job Summary

As a Guest Services Team Member at Bosque Brewing Co., you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. This dynamic role requires a team player who can multitask, work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Maintain reservations, assign parties to tables, and manage the flow of business.
  • Answer phone calls, document reservations, and provide guests with accurate information.
  • Assist management with completing table/station charts, assigning staff, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Escort guests to their tables, deliver menus, and communicate with management and coworkers as needed.
  • Process to-go orders, manage cash receipts, and balance cash drawers.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of six months of experience in hospitality or food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team, think on your feet, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers and guests.
  • Basic financial skills, including processing transactions, making change, and balancing cash drawers.
  • Working knowledge of reservation and POS systems, with preference for Toast.
  • Ability to read and follow schedules, menus, SOPs, and policies.
  • Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, and well-groomed manner.
  • Ability to move kegs and operate a hand truck.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License and Food Safety Manager Certification.
Work Environment

The work environment at Bosque Brewing Co. is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be working in a taproom environment, interacting with guests, and collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds of force to move objects. The employee is also required to read, write, prepare, and analyze data and monetary amounts, as well as push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds of force to move objects.

The work environment is subject to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including extreme heat and noise. The employee is also required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.

Salary

$9.00/hour + tips
