Patient Care Coordinator

This role performs a variety of front office clerical and support tasks within the primary care and specialty departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient referrals and registrations
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with multiple disciplines
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone calls and visitors
- Perform various clerical services, including scanning and data entry
- Order and maintain office supplies, and collect co-payments
- Arrange for interpreter services as needed
- 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 6 months of recent receptionist or front desk experience
- 3 months of related experience (recurring appointments)
- Experience with medical terminology and basic medical record processes
