Job Title: Assistant Chief Financial Officer

Williamson Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Chief Financial Officer to lead the day-to-day management of financial activities. This role is developmental and intended to act as a successor to the CFO position.

Responsibilities:
  • Improve performance in employee and patient satisfaction.
  • Apply finance in healthcare for maximum impact in clinical and financial results.
  • Execute on the organization's capital asset management process.
  • Establish expertise in productivity systems, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Maintain good working relationships with medical staff, senior staff members, and department heads.
  • Support the organization in budget planning and evaluate new service lines and enhanced technology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with CPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of senior financial management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of managing capital and operating budgets.
  • Proven track record of overseeing accounting operations and producing periodic financial reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
