The Role:
As an Infant Care Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and hearts of our youngest learners.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide Nurturing Care: Create a warm, safe, and loving environment where infants feel secure, fostering healthy emotional and social development.
  • Implement Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum: Utilize our L.E.A.P. curriculum to deliver engaging activities that promote cognitive, physical, and language development through age-appropriate play and exploration.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish positive and trusting connections with infants, parents, and fellow educators. Encourage open communication regarding each child's progress.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the infant classroom is safe, clean, and organized to support optimal learning and well-being.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine love for infants and a commitment to positively impacting their development.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Patience, Kindness, and Creativity: Ability to engage with infants in a calm and supportive manner, using creativity to stimulate their minds.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Foster positive relationships with parents and work collaboratively within a team environment.
