As an Administrator at The Learning Experience, you will oversee the operational success of the center. Your role is pivotal in fostering customer engagement and leading a team, ultimately cultivating an environment where both staff and children can flourish.

Business Operations and Leadership:
- Recruit exceptional talent and maintain a fully staffed center with high-performing educators.
- Manage labor effectively; approve work schedules to ensure optimal staff-to-child ratios.
- Project future enrollment based on annual trends.
- Oversee center inventory, including supplies and curriculum materials.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance and technology support.
- Conduct team meetings with the Center Director to share vital information and set strategic direction.
- Implement marketing initiatives within the center and coordinate local outreach activities.
- Utilize social media platforms for parent engagement and retention efforts.
- Guide prospective families through the enrollment process, including conducting tours and follow-ups.
- Highlight key features of our center during tours to potential customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local childcare offerings.
- Manage lead tracking and customer databases effectively.
- Oversee the registration process and maintain accurate records for families and staff.
- Handle communications with families, including billing and newsletters.
- Plan and manage budgets for family engagement activities.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a childcare environment.
- Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Educational Requirements: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role; High School Diploma/GED required, ECE coursework preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Extensive background in childcare with a focus on classroom leadership. A strong passion for early childhood education is essential.
- Compliance: Must adhere to state-specific guidelines for the position.
- Meet all state and federal requirements, including immunizations and health training.
- Caregiving Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks in a childcare setting.
- Ensure children's safety and meet their daily needs, including diapering and feeding.
