Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II - Mobile Developer to join our Information Technology/Digital Apps Team at Melaleuca. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing mobile applications in an Agile/Scrum setting, working closely with the Digital Marketing organization on the implementation of new features and capabilities.

Responsibilities

* Develop mobile applications using React Native, adhering to engineering standards and best practices.
* Integrate internal and external applications using APIs, ensuring seamless interactions and data exchange.
* Provide technical guidance to the Melaleuca Mobile team and System Integrators/Service Providers on the Sitecore CMS platform.
* Prepare technical documents and perform onboarding of new mobile developers on the core platform.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in developing scalable consumer-facing mobile apps using React Native.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with TypeScript a plus.
* Experience with Redux, Sitecore JSS, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
