Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning Specialist to join our team at Grifols. As a key member of our Plasma Receiving, Planning & Operations teams, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and functional tasks related to plasma processing and deliveries to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain activities.
  • Perform data entry and reporting using SAP and Excel to support inventory tracking and control.
  • Prepare and manage inventory labels and track label holders returning from manufacturing.
  • Provide administrative support, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Working knowledge of proprietary software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
