Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Services Manager to join our team at Entertainment Promotions. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all group events, from setup to breakdown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Operations: Oversee the coordination of group events, including setup, breakdown, and logistics.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train the group services team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with event hosts and clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
