We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer for Higher Education to join our team at the Sanford School of Public Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications and marketing strategies that enhance the school's reputation and promote its programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans that support the school's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of communications professionals and provide guidance on branding, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the dean and senior leadership team on communications and marketing matters.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and promote academic programs and initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in communications and marketing, preferably in a higher education setting. Strong experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing is essential. Additionally, excellent writing, editing, and design skills are required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
