Job Title: Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Community Manager to join our team at Allure Lifestyle Communities. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our upscale property, providing exceptional amenities and activities to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving financial returns. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including staff management, resident relations, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of staff members, including an Assistant Community Manager, Maintenance Director, and Maintenance Technician.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize financial returns and drive business growth.
  • Manage resident relations, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, including scheduling and managing vendors.
  • Prepare and manage the property's annual budget, working closely with the Regional Manager and Property Accountant.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collect and manage resident rent payments, as well as oversee expense management and financial accounting.
  • Supervise the inventory of equipment and supplies, as well as manage the property's petty cash funds.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to maximize NOI and ensure company goals and objectives are aligned with property operations.
  • Develop and implement new revenue streams to achieve and exceed business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in Property Management.
  • Minimum three (3) years managerial experience supervising three (3) or more subordinates.
  • Leasing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, management, and teamwork skills.
  • Professional presentation and ability to serve as a role model for subordinates.
  • Solid administrative skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to handle finances and work within a budget.
  • Demonstrates integrity and works respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to solve problems and actively assist with all departments' responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
  • Physical on-site presence is required during all operational business hours, 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Must be able to work at a computer and stand/walk for an entire workday and move throughout the interior and exterior of the property without limitations.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, and pull occasionally.
