Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hand Assembler to join our team at Kimball Electronics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing electronic assembly operations on components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components and sub-assemblies
  • Follow established ISO processes and procedures
  • Ensure ESD compliance and safety protocols are followed
  • Participate in performance feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply tape to boards or parts as required to prevent damage during the soldering process
  • Remove tape after units have been processed through the wave or selective solder machines
  • Inspect units for damage or defects
  • Support and adhere to our safety, quality, and 5S policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to meet business needs
