As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse communication needs. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer thorough speech and language evaluations to identify areas of strength and challenge.
  • Design and implement customized therapy programs tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for students.
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions in individual and group settings, fostering student progress and communication skills.
  • Monitor student growth closely and adjust intervention strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
  • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Share your expertise by providing professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
