Internal Communications Specialist

FESTIVE ROAD is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications and Change Manager to spearhead impactful change management communications and inform, enable, and rally employees and stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will craft and execute awareness and education campaigns that reinforce key business priorities, foster an understanding of organizational goals, and enable meaningful change adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a communications strategy that engages and excites audiences in support of change management initiatives.
- Create and promote content, including communications and training initiatives, that drive program awareness and adoption.
- Create operational efficiencies by developing and launching new processes for optimal engagement, while accounting for stakeholder input and expertise.
- Coordinate data-driven approaches that align with audience needs and expectations, and use data to understand communication effectiveness across internal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A natural leader with an ability to build a compelling strategy and execute it forward.
- An exceptional communicator with exceptional verbal and written communications skills, able to simplify business requirements and complex messages, creating clear, relevant, and consumable content for diverse audiences within brand guidelines.
- A drive to optimize, experienced at establishing new ways of working by implementing either new processes, tools, or technologies to ensure optimal information flow and engagement.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders.
- A comprehensive understanding of the travel and meeting industry ecosystem, how the travel industry operates, and its unique characteristics and systems.
- Working knowledge of the priorities and working tasks of a fast-paced global travel team.
