Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions to ensure high-performance, high-throughput, and reliable CPU complex virtualization for cross-platform vehicle projects.
  • Advance virtualization software technology focusing on functionality, performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Enhance developed solutions for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Create Android/Linux and QNX guest drivers/libraries and QEMU CPU complex software components.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to comprehend real-world constraints and support high-quality virtualization implementation for vehicle software development, validation, and integration.
  • Deliver virtualization software solutions aligned with the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and analyze competitors' technical frameworks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in software architecture design and development for GPU hardware and software-level virtualization technologies.
  • More than 10 years of experience in developing complex software systems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in GPU architecture and virtualization in Graphics and Display (OpenGL, OpenGL ES, Vulkan, Metal).
  • Comprehensive understanding of computer architectures, software virtualization, and simulation methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Android and real-time operating systems along with emulation software technologies.
  • Experience in hardware and software stack initialization using simulators and emulators.
  • Familiarity with x86 and ARM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in technical writing.
  • Organized and dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in QEMU/Android/QNX emulator or simulator architecture and development.
  • Proficiency in GPU VM driver software architecture and development in virtualized environments (e.g., QEMU, KVM, VMware, VirtualBox, Xen).
  • Experience with automotive platforms is advantageous.
  • Exposure to cloud computing, databases, and logging techniques is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with microkernel architecture, Linux kernel, hypervisors, middleware, and application frameworks.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000 to $212,400. Individual pay is determined by work location and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
