Microwave Techniques is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the design and manufacturing of high-power industrial microwave systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble mechanical and electrical devices according to mechanical drawings and schematics
- Use hand and power tools, fixtures, and templates to align, fit, and assemble component parts into completed units
- Crimping and splicing of wires
- Follow established procedures on routine work with limited supervision
- Work in a methodical and accurate manner to maintain quality products
- Use common test equipment, including voltmeters and specific product testers, for troubleshooting if necessary
- Accurately complete paperwork and enter data into the work order tracking system
- Work effectively in a team environment or independently when required
- Capable of switching from one task to another when production schedules change
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Workplace safety is a team effort and everyone's responsibility. Understand and support any workplace safety-related policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Experienced in using hand tools, various power tools, volt meters, power supplies, basic soldering, and wire harnessing
- Must be able to work in an environment with electrical hazards, such as microwaves
- General computer knowledge for work ticket scanning
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy and ability to follow instructions
- Capable of lifting 50 LBS
- Able to communicate effectively
- Possess and maintain a positive attitude
- Attend work consistently per established schedule with a dependable source of transportation

The shift available in Nashua, New Hampshire is Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. Safety shoes and safety glasses are required on the production floor.
