Job Description

Please note that this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM, 4/10 work week, Monday to Thursday, every Friday off.

Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite, this role will be performed full-time on site at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

This specific position requires US citizenship, pursuant to a government contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Assists mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies, and components.
  • Fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
  • Assists with analyzing data and recommending modifications to components or test procedure to meet desired specifications.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to lift 20-40lbs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to follow processes and written instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Manufacturing Experience.
  • Soldering Experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $115,830.

Please note that this range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications.
