Microelectronic Assembler/Bonder Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microelectronic Assembler/Bonder to join our team at PLS Staffing Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for performing manual and semi-automatic bonding functions in a clean room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bonding functions for RF Microwave components, ensuring high-quality results in a controlled environment.
Utilize precision measuring tools, assembly techniques, and dexterity in using assembly tools to achieve accurate and efficient results.
Interpret drawings, process specifications, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with the Clean Room Supervisor to ensure seamless operation of the assembly team.
Requirements:
High School Graduate/GED.
Minimum of 3 years related experience.
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Familiarity with assembly hardware, chemical, safety, and ESD awareness.
