Key Responsibilities:
- Assist children in developing social and communication skills while addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress and achievements.
- Implement behavior modification strategies as outlined by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Required Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of relevant coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of experience in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.
