Infant Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Toddler Care Team Leader to join our team at Christina Daycare Inc. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children aged 3+. As a team leader, you will be responsible for implementing curriculum, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
About Our Center
Christina Daycare Inc., dba Blake & Milford DCC, provides educational services to 50 children in the East New York Community. We are contracted by the Department of Education and provide services through the Birth to Five grant.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with common core standards
- Supervising and supporting staff to ensure high-quality care and education
- Coordinating with parents and families to ensure their needs are met
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with children aged 3+ and demonstrating knowledge of child development theories
- Fingerprints by DOI and DOE (PETS) clearance
- State clearance and current physical exam
