About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Kimbrell's Furniture. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner, while collecting payments and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a diligent, courteous, and professional manner while collecting payments.
  • Cash Management: Have good knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices, and be able to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Collection Procedures: Follow set strategies for collection procedures and monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update records of customers from whom collections are made.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and cash management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team setting and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques, and MS Office and databases.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage stressful work situations and resolve customer issues.
  • Availability: Weekend and holiday availability, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
