Job Description:

- Assist in reviewing & processing sales orders daily as an Assistant Logistics Coordinator.
- Communicate with warehouse clerks and sales representatives regarding the sales order process, delivery schedules, order tracking, and documentation.
- Process internal inventory transfers between warehouses.
- Support the sales department regarding inventory and item-related inquiries.
- Follow up on various matters including some Accounts Payable duties.
- Maintain and update several inventory-related documents weekly.
- Interface with customers/transporters/operations to ensure internal and/or customer satisfaction.
- Import Operations/Inventory Management/Local Purchasing Operations

Requirements:
- Preference given to those with 3 years’ experience
- Reliable, strong follow-through and self-starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
