Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and utilizing our proprietary selling process to demonstrate and sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding customer service
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintain store standards and accuracy of POS transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service
