  • Utilize advanced mathematical, statistical, and analytical expertise to research, collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and test predictive models, including credit risk, fraud, response, and offer acceptance propensity, to optimize collections strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure collections strategies comply with regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to develop innovative portfolio surveillance solutions, tracking and forecasting loan losses to inform key business decisions related to pricing optimization, credit policy, and overall profitability strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Proven experience building predictive models using R, Python, or SAS, with a strong understanding of linear and logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, and gradient boosting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in collections and risk strategy, with a deep understanding of the collections industry and its challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
