Job Title: Human Resources Director West Dallas USA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team in West Dallas, USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function for our business area, providing strategic HR business partnership to our leadership teams, and driving business outcomes through effective talent management and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function for our business area, including talent acquisition, management, and development
  • Provide strategic HR business partnership to our leadership teams, including advising on HR-related matters and driving business outcomes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and objectives
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, labor and union relations, and organizational development and change initiatives
  • Partner with our global HR Centers of Excellence to drive best practices and innovation in HR

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a strategic HR Generalist/HR Manager or related function with four years of business experience showing increasing responsibility
  • Knowledge of talent and performance management, engagement, team effectiveness, organizational design and development, change management, facilitation skills, and coaching
  • HR training or certification preferred
  • Diverse career experiences (both within and outside of HR) preferred
