Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards.

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a multi-family housing environment.
  • Supervisory experience and HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in some communities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
