We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at North Star Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer dealership phones and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

Requirements:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
